Rachel's Perspective

I went through a high conflict divorce with children involved, including many times in mediation, court, and other legal proceedings. Because of this, I want to provide a more compassionate and empowering experience for other families.

My core values in this work are respect, autonomy, and empowerment. I respect the humanity of each of my clients and invite the same toward myself and each other. I believe in the autonomy of each person and family unit to reach agreements that honor themselves and their own values. I empower you to take control of your own life and promise never to try to sway you or scare you into doing anything other than what feels right to you in your unique situation.

Some of my biggest values in life include providing support and compassion to people, especially when they are experiencing difficult things.

I live in the Minneapolis area with my kids and pets. I love getting outdoors, especially hiking and kayaking in the summer, and dancing along to the music at live music events. Creativity is important to me, and I love being artistic in many different areas.
