I have been married for over 25 years and have three adult children; I brought 1 child from a previous relationship to the marriage.

I am a child of divorced parents (at age 15) and understand the child's side of divorce. I have experience with family mental health and the issues that can be involved.

For over 20 years, I have worked as a Paralegal in various areas of law, including family law and criminal law, and have learned how to deal with conflict.

I believe every life and situation is unique, and a "one size fits most" approach may not be the answer, and I understand that flexibility is key in most situations. I want to see our current mediation change from facilitative to restorative to allow families to move past their issues and live better, whether together or apart.
