She offers family and civil mediation services in restorative or facilitative format to anyone at her office or via Zoom. She can provide mediation for families beyond Minnesota.

Her specialty areas include Intergenerational Conflict, Post Divorce Decree Parenting Issues, Church or Faith-based nonprofit conflict, as well as conflict coaching and ways to prevent conflict.

​Michelene received her Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary and has been ordained for almost 20 years.

She continues to grow in her knowledge of Bowen Family Systems Theory.

She has obtained a certificate in Church Mediation from the Lombard Peace Center.

She's a Restorative Family Mediator trained by The Katallasso Group.

She holds a MN Rule 114 Qualified Neutral status for Family Facilitative Hybrid by the MN SCA.
