When given the appropriate environment, space, and time to honestly communicate and hear each other, creative resolutions to the conflict are possible and more valuable, and ultimately a road map for improving things.

I am Qualified Rule 114 Neutral for Family Alternative Dispute Resolution by the
Minnesota Supreme Court.

I obtained my Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and am a member of
the State of Minnesota Bar.

I earned a certification in Conflict Resolution Theory and Practice from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, along with CALI Awards of Excellence in Mediation, Negotiation, Professional Responsibility, and International Trade and Investment Dispute Settlement.
