Heidi's Perspective

I am the mother of two children, ages 11 and 6. I have lived in Duluth, MN, for almost 20 years but grew up on a farm in SE Wisconsin. I love being outdoors, growing flowers, and traveling near and far.

I strongly believe in the power of mediation and out-of-court conflict resolution as a tool for healing. Mediation is an opportunity for each person's voice to be heard, and to feel empowered to be part of the resolution.

My mediation style involves a restorative/facilitative approach. I will not tell you what you should do or how to resolve your issues, but I can guide you into coming up with the best solution based upon your values.
